Fill in our claim form, which can be found at this link: form
In the form, please include all defects and information about the product.
After submitting the form, please print this complaint letter and attach it to the product you are complaining about.
You must also enclose an invoice with your package.
Prepare and pack the goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
We will inform you by e-mail or SMS about the receipt of the claim and the further progress.

Returned goods can be delivered to us in two ways:

2. I want to return a purchased product

You are entitled to return the product within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
Print out the form, which can be found here.
Include the completed form with your details (don't forget the IBAN where we should send the money) in the package with the goods.
You must also enclose an invoice with the package.
The purchased goods must be in original condition and packaging.
